My Brother has been my Guinea pig since childhood when he would taste every single dish I made, whether good or Bad. He would give me his true opinion which is going on till date & the tradition is being followed by my two Adorable Nephews..

On this Special Day I am going to share My Brother’s Favourite…

CHOCOLATE NUTELLA CUPCAKES

U Need..

2 cups Self Raising Flour

1 cup Maida/ All purpose flour

1/2cup cocoa powder

3/4 cup butter softened

2 cups castor sugar

1 cup yoghurt

1/2 cup milk

1tsp baking soda

2 TSP Vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 200°C

Mix the Self Raising Flour, Maida, Cocoa powder, Baking soda & keep aside

Take a bowl, add the butter, Whisk

Add the sugar, whisk until till resembles breadcrumbs

Add the vanilla extract, yoghurt, whisk again

Add the flour mixture & milk alternatively little by little till it is all used up

Your batter is ready

Line a muffin tray with Cupcake liners

Add the batter into the liners just Upto half as you don’t want the batter to ooze out while baking

Bake for 25 minutes … Make sure that you check after 20 minutes as the baking of every oven differs , when a knife comes out clean then your Cupcakes are ready…

Allow them to cool completely before frosting them

Chocolate Nutella Frosting—

U need…

1/2 cup butter softened

1 cup icing sugar

1/4 cup NUTELLA

1/4 cup Cocoa powder

2 to 3 TSP milk

Whisk the butter, add the Nutella, mix well

Add the cocoa powder, whisk

Add the sugar , whisk well till it is all mixed

Add 2 to 3 TSP of milk & whisk well & the consistency of the frosting should be smooth

Take a cupcake & spread the frosting on top with a palate knife

You can even use a piping bag if you wish

Decorate with some colourful sprinklers or some golden sugar balls to make them look Festive..
