U need

For the parcel

1 cup All purpose flour (maida)

1/2 cup cornflour

Salt to taste

1 to 1 1/2 cup water

( U can also use ready spring roll sheets but i prefer to make them myself as they give their own uniqueness)

For the stuffing;

1 spring onion chopped fine

1cup cabbage finely chopped

1 carrot finely chopped

1 small zucchini finely chopped

1/2 french beans blanched n finely chopped

1 capsicum finely chopped

6 cloves garlic grounded well

2 tsp oil

1 tsp red chilli powder

1 tsp soya sauce

1 tsp tomato ketchup

Salt to taste

flour glue;

Take equal amount of flour n water n make a thick paste

For the parcels

Mix the flour, cornflour, salt n water very well until u get a thin batter, heat a griddle or a non stick pan and pour the batter onto the pan n make small thin pancakes out of the batter.keep them aside on a foil paper or else they tend to stick on the plates

For the stuffing;

Heat the oil in a pan, add the garlic, spring onions n all the veggies n let it cook on a fast flame for around 3 min, then add the salt, chilli powder, soya sauce n ketchup n let it cool

Now take one pancake n put 1 tbsp stuffing on it n fold it on all four sides n stick it with the flour glue

Heat oil in a broad pan n deep fry the parcels till nice golden n crispy, Serve them with Schezwan sauce or the all time favourite Sriracha sauce
If u want u can half fry them n store in the freezer n fry them when you want, they last upto a month in the freezer half fried

So make these Unique n Vibrant parcels for your guests or ur loved ones for Diwali or any other occasion n see them Relish every bite

My family loves these, hope yours does too

A VERY HAPPY DIWALI to all of u, keep Smiling n be safe
