Hi all let’s make a dish that can be had as a snack as well as main course,  Italian bruscheta is a much loved dish all over d world so let’s make a simple n easy bruscheta

TOMATO PARSLEY BRUSCHETA

U NEED

1 FRENCH BREAD or multigrain loaf cut in slices

4 tomatoes deseeded n chopped in small cubes

1 bunch parsley chopped fine

5 cloves garlic chopped finely

4 tsp of virgin olive oil

Papprika as per taste or red chilli powder  ( about half a tsp)

Kosher salt or coarse sea salt as per taste

1tsp mixed Italian herbs  (optional )

Heat a grill pan n grill d bread slices with a little butter or olive oil n keep aside

Take a bowl n put d tomatoes, parsley, garlic, Papprika, salt, herbs n olive oil n mix well

Let this mixture mix well for at least an hour so that all d flavours come out well

Now take d bread slices n put a little of the tomato mixture on each slice

If u want u can put a little mozzarella cheese on top n grill in d oven for about 4 to 5 mins  or u can just serve it without d cheese,  it’s equally delicious
