wpid-20150623_192903-1.jpgHi everyone today we try a healthier version of waffles but do not want to compromise on the yummy taste then here is the perfect whole wheat waffle recipe



1CUP whole wheat flour

1/4 cup cornflour

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup condensed milk

2 tbsp olive oil

1tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1tsp vanilla extract

Butter to grease d waffle plate

Take d whole wheat flour, cornflour, baking powder, baking soda, salt in a bowl n mix well, then add d milk,  condensed milk, olive oil, vanilla extract n beat well with a hand wire whisk till it becomes a thick consistency pouring batter, add a little more milk at this stage if required around 2 tbsp

Heat yr waffle iron n grease with butter n then pour d batter over d hot iron n close d lid n let it get done till d iron light goes off ( around 5 mins) check whether it is golden brown or heat it for 2, 3  minutes more

Yr waffles r ready n u can make them n store in an airtight containar for 2 days

Serve d waffles with maple syrup or honey or chocolate sauce with vanilla icecream or fresh cream n fresh fruits n njoi n REMEMBER as always B HAPPY N MAKE HAPPY
