Hi there let’s make Zucchini n Bean Salad, so easy n yet so healthy

Ingredients

I zucchini cut into big cubes

1 carrot cut into cubes

1 bowl of boiled haricot beans  ( kabuli chana)

Lettuce leaves gently torn by hand into pieces

For d dressing

1/2 cup olive oil

Juice of 1 small lemon

1 tsp dry oregano

Salt n pepper to taste

Stir fry d veggies in a little olive oil n add d beans

Mix all d ingredients of d dressing in a jar n shake well

Mix d veggies n d dressing n garnish with the lettuce n u ave a delicious n healthy meal ready, ave it with a multigrain bread slice n voila there u go
